The National Assembly, however, feels it desirable to emphasize the fact that, even though the administrative principles of the Cause are unassailable, they can be obscured by unwise Assembly attitudes and actions. Only complete courtesy and consultation can fulfill all the obligations imposed upon those called to be “trustees of the Merciful among men.”
