Materials about the Faith authored by Baha’is must be reviewed by Baha’i institutions before publication.

On October 28, 1991, the Universal House of Justice addressed a letter to an individual believer, an academic, regarding the "requirement that materials about the Faith authored by Bahá’ís must be reviewed by Bahá’í institutions before publication."
