Baha'i enclave in Tehran where the remains of the Bab had been secretly kept for some time.
Thus Zikrullah Khadem was reared in a spiritual household and was trained in the love of God by a father who received his own lessons from the Center of the Covenant Himself, ‘Abdu’l-Baha. The family lived in Tehran at the Hayat-i-Bagh, an enclave of Baha’i homes around a large garden, which had been purchased at the instruction of ‘Abdu’l-Baha and where the remains of the Bab had been secretly kept for some time. There great Baha’i figures, such as the poets Nayyir, Sina, and Na’im, could often be found teaching the Faith.
