Jamal Effendi had to depart from Bombay for giving a talk on Aga Khan
During his stay in Bombay, Jamal Effendi delivered a great many talks concerning the claims and principles of the Baha'i Movement. One such talk was directed towards the head of the Khoja community in that city, the Aga Khan. However, his discourses, rather than bringing converts to the Baha’i Faith, aroused’ the animosity of numerous religious leaders in Bombay and consequently, the two teachers, on the advice of their friends, departed the city.
