"... why the women are not eligible to the House of Justice. You see, but the women who have the right, who are a member National Assembly, or the electors of the Universal House of Justice, and they don't have the duty of a member of the House of Justice. You will see how wonderful it would be with these little baby running around inside that the building of the Universal House of Justice just crying "mama, mama, mama" or something else. Now you can understand that. Bahá’u’lláh, in His wisdom, gave it to a woman an exemption from this honor [?] that he is to be a member of Universal House of Justice."
