To make it short and sweet:

The story is an electrician goes to the Master with a technical question and the Master answers his question and solves his problem. The electrician is then amazed at Master's level of knowledge and ask him how could he answer the question given he never had any formal training and the Master replies there is a field exists that I access to to get my answer!
