Now the challenge for every individual, institution and agency will be to consolidate these hard-won victories and ensure that the gains achieved will be taken to higher levels. The Regional Bahá'í Council of Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Uttarakhand has taken to heart the words of the Universal House of Justice in its message of 31st October 2017, urging the Bahá'í world “to see in each person who responded to your invitation a potential protagonist in the community-building process” and, with the full support and enthusiasm of the friends, organized eleven institutional gatherings where systematic plans were made to consolidate the teaching efforts during the bicentennial year and increase the number of core activities in the region by a further 11,500 before the end of April 2018.
